Built in 1970 and carefully renovated, this 130 m² villa charms guests with its authentic character, exposed wooden beams, black-and-white checkerboard flooring, and warm atmosphere where every moment is a delight for the senses.

Large picture windows open onto the ocean and the surrounding heathland, offering breathtaking and ever-present views. The house faces the sea, and all windows and French doors open onto the garden and the marine horizon.

Designed to host up to 8 guests, the house includes:

An independent adjoining studio, featuring a 160 cm bed and a private bathroom, ideal for added privacy. Please note that the bathroom ceiling in the studio is low.
