House standing in a hamlet of character with exceptional sea views of all living rooms (on piles of peas, Dinan Cove and the beach), wooden terrace of 25 m2 facing south west. Stunning views of sunsets. Family beach of Goulien located at 1km accessible by way of the top of the house. Departure of the coastal hiking trail (GR34) of the beach of Goulien. On the ground floor large bedroom on the ground floor with terrace access to the south, bathroom with bath, living room overlooking the terrace and kitchen US. Upstairs, master suite with walk-in shower, second bedroom with two separate beds (90 * 200) and third child bedroom with pull-out bed (possibility of two children) and TV / games area. High quality service, house referenced 3 stars by the tourist office.

Tolles Haus mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche im Haus sehr genossen.Die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist atemberaubend und die Lage des Hauses perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf der Halbinsel. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt !

La vue est superbe. Par contre, la maison est en travaux, nous avons eu froid. La machine à café était défectueuse et la machine à laver fuyait dans le garage... L'équipe de conciergerie s'est montrée très agréable.

Maison très confortable avec une vue magnifique

La maison est grande et très confortable. La literie est d’excellente qualité. Elle est également bien équipée. La vue sur la baie de Goulien avec les tas de pois et la pointe de Penhir vous fait voyager au-delà de la presqu’île de Crozon, on se croirait dans la baie de Halong où à Rio … :)

Très bon emplacement, vue magnifique

La situation de la maison sur la presqu'île avec l'accès au sentier côtier sans besoin de prendre la voiture. Une vue de rêve et des couchers de soleil magnifiques. Cuisine bien équipée. La maison mériterait un meilleur entretien général, et notamment de la fosse septique (remontées d'odeurs nauséabondes que nous avons signalées au retour des clés), et mitigeur de la baignoire cassé (problème apparemment connu par la personne qui gère le lieu).

Unglaublicher Ausblick

Das in einem kleinen Weiler gelegene Ferienhaus hat einen unglaublichen Ausblick auf den Pointe de Penhir und den Plage Goulien, den man sowohl aus dem Wohnzimmer, als natürlich auch von der Terrasse genießen kann. Die Einrichtung weist einige Gebrauchsspuren auf, was den Gesamteindruck des Hauses allerdings nicht schmälert. Eine super Raumaufteilung und eine exzellent eingerichtete Küche haben den Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos. Das Haus kann ich zu 100% empfehlen und daher werden wir wenn möglich gerne wiederkommen.

Un magnifique séjour de 2 semaines dans un cadre exceptionnel

Très belle location tout à fait conforme au descriptif et aux photos jointes sur l'annonce. Une vue panoramique époustouflante sur l'anse de Dinan, la plage de Goulien, la Pointe de Pen Hir, les tas de pois, ainsi que les petits hameaux en contrebas. De superbes couchers de soleil... Maison fonctionnelle, spacieuse, et conviviale, cuisine et salles de bain bien équipées, nombreux rangements (notamment le dressing). Marché et nombreux commerces à Crozon, distant de 3 km. Quelques suggestions d'amélioration pour optimiser les conditions générales de confort et d'agencement de la maison: - penser aux personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite ou difficile en installant une rampe à droite des dalles de pierre (très hautes) lorsqu'on vient du chemin pour accéder au niveau du rez-de-chaussée; - compléter l'équipement des ustensiles de cuisine par une grande marmite (pour cuisson de tourteaux, araignées, artichauts...), des assiettes creuses, des coquetiers et davantage de couvercles de casseroles aux bonnes dimensions... - éclairer au sous-sol le coin lave-linge et sèche-linge - prévoir de terminer la maison par un escalier interne entre rez-de chaussée et garage au sous-sol... - dégager le "dépotoir" (épaves de voiture, de bateau, dé bétonneuses, de parpaings, etc) situé à gauche du chemin en montant... En effet, ceci produit une bien mauvaise impression, par contraste avec l'intérieur de la maison, la vue magnifique, etc et laisse un sentiment d'inachevé et de négligence, ce qui est dommage. - enfin, comme signalé par de précédents vacanciers, mais ceci est évidemment intrinsèque à l'emplacement de la propriété, les manoeuvres en voiture pour monter, descendre du chemin, tourner à gauche ou à droite sur la route, nécessitent pas mal de dextérité et de vigilance.

Belle maison très bien située. Grande et agréable à vivre. Equipement convenable. Dommage que les frais de ménage, eau et électricité n'apparaissent pas dans le total lors de la réservation (frais indiqués dans une partie peu visible de la réservation).
