"Room smelled funky like stale smoke even though it was “smoke-free”"

"Staff at check in very helpful. Room very clean but public areas lobby halls etc dingy need deep cleaning and tlc. Lights and outlets next to bed did not work. HVAC fine. Shower was abysmal. Not enough pressure to rinse out shampoo or soap. Either head is clogged or pipes inadequate. Either way very medicore stay. Breakfast pretty bare or basic. Look elsewhere "

"The room looked as though it had been updated, however it also looked like it was done a little messy-paint on the trim and a hole where the old toilet paper holder must have been. There was no fan in the bathroom either, so it was quite damp in there after showering and required to make sure the door was shut after someone used it. The location was okay. Looked like an up and coming area of 95. Rooms were open with old washing machines and a falling down ceiling on our floor. I think it said it was a conference room, but was obviously just being used for storage. The door should probably have been kept shut."
