With two bathrooms, guests find convenience and comfort throughout their stay. The quaint house keeps you cozy with heating and cool with AC, making it a brilliant retreat no matter the season. Whether relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this home provides a welcoming base. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. Golf at PGA level golf courses nearby, hike the Cumberland State Park, horseback ride at nearby East Fork, or hang out on the cathedral-ceiling style enclosed back porch - relax and enjoy! Our property features a barn for rent for those traveling with horses - maximum 6, 2 stalls, a lean-to and 7 pastures/paddocks. Electricity and running water in the barn. Proof of coggins, proof of vaccines, signed waiver and additional fees apply.

Quiet Time: our home is in a neighborhood and we value the relationship we have with our neighbors. Please no loud noises after 9 pm.

Stay out of woods, bring own firewood, no flammable materials will be used in fire pit.

Smoking is allowed outside only,. There is a butt bucket on the back porch. Kindly dispose of butts in the bucket and not around the property.
