This is the exact unit you will be staying in!
Owned and managed by us personally, Nate and Elizabeth Maxwell.
THE CONDO IS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF FAIRFIELD GLADE; BY THE MAIN 4 WAY AND CLOSE TO GOLF COURSES, BOATING, SWIMMING, FITNESS CENTER AND MORE. Only one mile from the community center and many other amenities in The Glade.

2 bedroom/1.5 bath town home
SLEEPS 6; King bed and queen bed upstairs, sleeper sofa in the living room
Ground floor-living room with sleeper sofa, dining room area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and half bath on ground floor. Great walk out deck from living room; table and chairs-looking out into courtyard
Upstairs-2 bedrooms with a full bath; another deck upstairs as well
Bedrooms-
1st/master bedroom-King size bed
2nd bedroom-queen size bed.

One TV in the living room; large screen with Roku stick for live TV and streaming
High speed internet/WiFi-password given after booking

Kitchen-fully stocked with all needed to cook, etc. Regular coffee pot.
-ALL bedrooms are upstairs

If you secure a booking then we can request guest passes, but we will need full names of each person. The guest pass do NOT pay for amenities like golfing, it allows you access and you pay the guest rate.

Fairfield glade

This was the perfect weekend stay for our family. We were in driving distance to lots of beautiful waterfalls and the condo was the perfect place to recover after hiking.

It was a great place to stay as we looked at houses in Fairfield. Easy to let our puppy out for bathroom breaks and walks. Quiet and friendly. Could use some better pillow those, otherwise was great!

Everything We Needed!

Our dog sitter wasn’t available for the holidays so we needed a solution to see my mother in-law for holidays, this property was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect and the property had all the amenities of a home. There are lots of trails and paved walkways to exercise your dog in Fairfield Glade. Also a great dog park which we used as well. Definitely recommend.

Perfect place for our needs

This property worked well for our stay in Crossville, as we were traveling with our teenage daughter and our dog for a sporting event. While the townhome isn't fancy, it is reasonably priced for what it is and offers. Outside the living room sliding doors is a large, tree-covered greenbelt area that is very pretty and was perfect to walk our dog. The neighbors we saw were very pleasant. The property manager was great to work with and helped accommodate us with an extra night. If you are looking for a fairly priced place to stay in Crossville, I would recommend this townhouse.

Very cute condo

I’ve stayed in several of the Wilshire Heights condos over the years while visiting my family in Fairfield Glade, and I think this one is my favorite. It’s set up very well, and feels very open and spacious downstairs. The sofa is super-comfortable (I accidentally took a nap there so I know). The patio is nice, and the traffic noise from Peavine is minimal, blocked by the unit next door. I love that there’s a grill, though I didn’t get to use it this visit. I was even visited by a deer and several squirrels. The kitchen had everything I needed. For the most part, it was immaculate except the stove underneath a couple of burners, which had some cooked on food or something that I didn’t notice till it started smoking while I was cooking the first time. But everything else was spotless. Both bedrooms were great though I only needed one. And I really liked the washer/dryer being upstairs instead of in the living room like some! (Took me a minute to find it in the closet though, lol.) If this unit isn’t booked, I will definitely try to stay in it specifically in the future when I’m there visiting family.
