Comfortable and cozy getaway in the heart of Crosslake

We call this place "The Shed". It is part of a commercial building and convenient to everything Crosslake has to offer. We are right on the snowmobile trail, close to bike trails, ATV trails, golf courses, the Whitefish chain of lakes, hiking, shopping, restaurants, bars and wedding venues. Many of our guests visit family or friends on the lake and like to have their own space to come back to in the evening. We have plenty of room to park your boat, snowmobile or Atv trailer.

The Shed is perfect!

The Shed is the perfect place for a small group who needs all the basic ammentitites. We stayed here for some out of town work and it was perfect our group. It was very clean and comfortable, the pricing was amazing and Pam was very respenosive whenever I had a question. We will definetly stay here again!

Cozy weekend stay

We arrived hoping for sunshine but instead it was dark and rainy… the property was a delightfully surprise however! It was very spacious and well furnished… the fireplace was great..very attentive hosts.We plan to return!

Perfect for us!

This cute rental was the perfect place for the two of us, but it would also be comfortable for several more people. Nicely equipped and cozy. Super-comfy bed. Close to most everything you would need or want to go do. We would stay again. Thank you!

Cool interior

This was a good location for us. Close to the Crosslake boat ramp and we could park our boat and trailer at the property. The interior was decorated very cool. Loved the big vintage sign in the entry way. You will be impressed once you walk in the door. Very roomy. I will definitely book again!

Great place to stay

Even though the reviews and pictures say it all, I had my reservations about what to expect. "The Shed" fulfilled our needs and gave us our base camp for the weekend. Its a little out of town off a reasonably busy highway but we were able to bike in and visit the many bars and restaurants, swim at the public beach, and do some shopping. We were looking for a place to stay for the Brewery Running Series in Nisswa and this place fit the bill.

Perfect Girls' Getaway

Two tired moms Mother's Day Weekend Mindfulness Triathlon PerfectionMy best friend and I spent Mother's Day Weekend at this cozy little spot. It was a perfect location for everything we needed, including great coffee down the street at Dark Horse Brew. The house was clean and well stocked with all the basics. We didn't hear any noise from either of the neighboring businesses. For being Fishing Opener and Mother's Day weekend it was very quiet. If you want to get away and not worry about anyone bothering you, I would highly recommend this place. Bring your snacks, netflix logins, and comfy jammies and forget about having to cater to anyone one else. Thanks for a great trip!

Perfect cozy and comfortable home

We had an amazing time ice fishing on Mills Lake and Leech Lake, and this property was the perfect fit for our needs. The home was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area. Five stars and a big thumbs up from us!

Weekend Stay

We were in town for a wedding and asked if we could check in a little to be in time for the rehearsal and sent a message the owners were quick to reply. The owners were also very accommodating to allow us a late check out as well. The property is just is as described. It was clean and beautifully decorated along with descriptions of how to use the appliances.
