"We just had a lovely retreat of 3 weeks in this lovely villa. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood of Lajares, the center is at only 5 min by car and a good Lebanese restaurant at walking distance. The gentle property managers were very kind and helpful at all times. The kitchen is very well equipped, the house is spacious with a big terrace and a very nice big pool (not heated but the sun has done a good job warming it up). Only positives here!! Looking back to return someday. Unfo forgot to write a note in the guestbook."

"We spent a lovely 6 nights at this wonderful house in the village of Lajares, and just wish it had been longer.From our first meeting with Lyz at the gate of the property, we felt welcome and at ease. She allowed us a much earlier check in than was advertised for which we were very grateful. She showed us around the house, which included chilled water and wine in fridge which was appreciated.The house was exceptionally clean, well equipped and comfortable.The garden area was a place of rest and tranquillity, just what was needed after a day out exploring.Lajares is well situated to explore the north of the island, and has a good selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance of the house.We would definitely return should we be in the area in the future.Thank you Lyz for your warm hospitality."

"Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Sommerurlaub mit der Familie. Das Haus ist super ruhig gelegen und hat alles zu bieten, was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Highlight ist sicherlich der große private Pool. Aber auch die schattige Grillecke haben wir ausreichend genutzt. Einzig ein paar Sitzmöbel sind in die Jahre gekommen und sollten ausgetauscht werden - insbesondere die beiden Sofas und die Poolliegen."

"Lovely villa it had a very well stocked kitchen with everything you needed including two fridges Shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walk 20 mins to Corralejo Great sized swimming pool and pool table which the kids spent hrs Only downside was air conditioning not in two of the bedrooms but the ceiling fans were ok"

"Thank you to Silke for meeting us on arrival at Casa Nido. The house absolutely met our expectations, we enjoyed the pool and bbq. We were very comfortable and Casa Nido has all of the amenities you need for an easy stay. We enjoyed Lajares as a location, great places to eat, a good supermarket and easy access to Corralejo, El Cotillo and also a lovely easy hike for our boys aged 6 and 3 up Calderon Hondo for spectacular views. "

"There aren’t any shops nearby l think you should highlight this on your website. The supermarket is als a 30min walk away. The bus stop is also a 15 min walk away. MAAR House is in a remote location but it’s lovely and peaceful and the facilities are good. Ursula the owner is very friendly and helpful !"
