"A lovely pod next to the owner's farm house in a lovely quiet spot with a lovely private lake to walk around, hot tub to spend the night in, views of the hills from the deck in the day time, good parking space, Oven, hobs, microwave, toaster, and everything else you could need in the kitchen. "Overall the property is very good, but it's let down by a few minor issues that could be quickly changed: - the Vrbo listing says it's a 'second floor' apartment, it's not, it's on the first floor. It also says there's a 'golf view', there isn't, it's on the seafront with no view out of the back at all. The listing also says 'parking available' but there is no parking there at all in the town centre, it's limited to one hour during the day. The people in the ground-floor apartment got a parking...

"The apartment was very easy to find and in a great location, minutes away from the prom and beach and minutes away from the main shopping area. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the equipment you could possibly need on holiday. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable and spacious. We met the cleaners who were working on the next apartment and they were so friendly and helpful giving local information. We will definately return."

"D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...

"We as a family of 5 + a 3 yr old spent a delightful week at Penuwch Fach in July/August 2024. We were attending an interment and celebration of life nearby so the location was perfect. We were met by the owner and there was a welcome wine/biscuits plus tea and coffee. There is a Nespresso Gusto machine too plus a few pods :). Our room, whilst a little dated had a modern washroom and was very clean, peaceful and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxed and calm vacation.
