It’s time to take a break with us. Take a deep breath and enjoy some time just for yourself.
In addition to the 4 rooms and one apartment at our Kunst Pension Frahm, we also offer our newly completed wellness centre.
Here, up to 6 people can relax in front of the fireplace, in the sauna, or in the whirlpool tub—not just during the “wellness season,” but all year round.

In addition to yoga and meditation sessions in our beautiful room with panoramic windows and an incredible view of a green oasis (a garden with an unobstructed view of the forest and meadow landscape), we also offer a wonderful, spacious relaxation area with a kitchen-dining area, a TV, and an equally unobstructed view of the forest and meadow landscape.
After a sauna session, you can cool off either on the cosy, covered terrace or in the large garden (2,000 square metres).

Are you interested in a guided yoga and meditation session, massages, or have other requests?
Feel free to ask—we’ll organise your personal retreat.

Our wellness centre is located in a climatic health resort. Basthorst used to be a sanatorium for patients with lung conditions and is still considered a place of healing, offering exceptional tranquility, giant sequoias, and a magnificent swimming lake just a few minutes’ walk away.

By the way, the stars shine much brighter here than anywhere else. You’ll love our stargazing nights at the wellness centre.
