The first bedroom features twin beds, which can be pushed together as needed. From this room, you have a beautiful view of the sea, the swimming pool, and the medieval town of Kotor on a nearby hill.
The second bedroom has a double bed. The room also offers a beautiful view of the sea, the swimming pool, and the nearby hills.
The third bedroom has a double bed, a private bathroom, and also offers a view of the sea.
The third bathroom in this house is also located on the ground floor.

The outdoor area features a partially covered terrace (with a pleasantly airy square patio awning) furnished with a large table and chairs, ideal for enjoying pleasant, cosy moments together. The high-quality Weber gas grill is perfect for this. Next to the swimming pool, there are 3 sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing, as well as an outdoor shower. The entrance area and the car park are under video surveillance.

The house has 2 private parking spaces on the property.

The entire house is air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi. All rooms have a TV with satellite channels.
