Villa in Dramalj, family friendly, pool, close to the beach

This Vila is a brand new property which will be available for rent for the first time in 2019. It has 7 apartments. You can enjoy one of the most beautiful sea views here. It is located away from the city center, so you can enjoy the silence and Mediterranean herbs in the garden.
It is a perfect stay for someone who loves nature and luxury. Long summer days and picturesque sunsets are nicer and more enjoyable at the edge of the pool and on comfortable lounge chairs.

This apartment is located on the first floor and has 3 bedrooms - two with double bed and one with 2 box spring beds. This apartment also has 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. In the living room there is air conditioning as well as in the corridor. In the living room can sleep up to 4 people on two large pull-out sofas. From the living room you have a balcony with wonderful views of the sea.

The beach and bars are 90 meters from the apartment. The airport is only 20 kilometers away.

Grill can be rented from the homeowner for 15 € per week.

In the apartment you can also relax at the beautiful, newly built pool or in the whirlpool.

Top Ferienwohnung, top Service, wunderschöne Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig. Die Terrasse bietet ebenfalls viel Platz zu draußen sitzen und einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Adria. Kleine Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind zu erlaufen, für größere Supermärkte braucht man das Auto. Ausflugsziele sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar und gut beschildert. Die kleine Bimmelbahn ist sehr zu empfehlen. Allen einen erholsamen Urlaub.
