This 28 m2 studio flat is located in Dramalj near Crikvenica. In this studio flat you can enjoy a marvellous sea view from your bed. The bedroom is also the living area with a kitchenette. From this room you can access the large balcony which offers a magnificent view. The air conditioning is for a fee and is located in the living area as well as the TV with satellite/TV. Outside there is a communal barbecue and a large private car park.
