Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf das Meer und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Sonnenliege, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse, Gartenmöbel und Hof.
