Lovely stay

Dinner was fantastic! The bedroom was comfortable, if a little dated in terms of decor. The bathroom was very nice, no shampoo but it did have conditioner which I thought a little odd.

Yet another lovely couple of days at The Murraypark. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely room with great views of Crieff. We ate dinner in the bar because we had our dog with us but it was so cosy and the menu is the same as the restaurant. The food was all delicious! The cooked breakfast is one of the best we’ve had. We are already planning our return trip.

Wonderful hotel, situated in what looks to be a big, old house, with lovely details and a cozy feel. We had breakfast there every morning, and the cooked breakfast was lovely, as was the service. All of the staff were extremely nice, and the grounds around the hotel are lovely for sitting and reading a book, out back at a picnic table, having or what-not. I'd definitely stay here again.

Bets stay ever,

This was our first time here, but it will not be our last . From the time we arrived to when we left the staff were just brilliant, they were so attentive, so caring, our special thanks to Zaneta,Carla and Alexandra they were amazing. The food was the best i have tasted and the presentation was outstanding. I could not find fault with anything ,it was just perfect.

The shower in our room wasn’t working . This was really inconvienent for a family of 4. We reported this to reception and advised someone from maintanience would come and fix it , unfortunately it was time to book out and no one had came . This cut our trip short as we had planned to stay for the day however without being able to wash our hair etc we just headed home. This really put a dampener on our family trip and would put us off returning to the Hotel.

Overall we had a good stay but with a few hiccups

Have stayed 3 times before pre COVID this was our first time back. Recognised some of the staff at check in so that was a good start as staff were always friendly and helpful and was nice to see they were still there after COVID. We were staying for 4 nights and I was looking forward to some quality time with my daughter, our first room was lovely but unfortunately was very noisy due to a generator that can’t be turned off during the night so our first nights sleep was distributed by a constant horrific noise that you just couldn’t get out of your head!!!! Next morning I mentioned the noise and thankfully was moved to another room which was again lovely and this time very quiet !!!! Unfortunately this room did not get serviced, again I spoke to reception asking for clean towels, bins to be emptied etc and was told that this was very strange and should have been done (but we are now on Thursday) with no cleaning, bed making, fresh towels, clean crockery for tea and coffee etc. We came back Thursday evening around 5.30pm to a room which still hadn’t been cleaned I was disappointed as yet again I had to go to reception to complain about something that really should be getting done everyday. On a positive note my daughter and I had a lovely time at breakfast and dinners were tasty and stress free, the Hydro was fab we tried most of the activities they had on offer, Active glen Was impressive and the swimming pool was clean and well organised. i

Great stay

A great stay, all the staff were lovely, good rooms with plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. Bed was comfy Parking safe for motorbikes and lots of space. Breakfast was excellent. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Very friendly, efficient receptionist on arrival. Room was accessed up one and a half sets of stairs. Room was spacious, well stocked with necessities. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order. Server was very pleasant. Limited evening menu, but catered for our tastes. Overall a very comfortable hotel with knowledgeable, friendly staff. We will definitely return.
