"This is one of the very nicest places I have stayed. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The apartment is spacious and luxurious, beautifully decorated and styled, with everything needed for a self catering holiday. The generous provisions left for our arrival were very much appreciated. And dogs are welcome too. Helen is a wonderful host , very friendly and helpful. The main house and gardens are beautiful and in the process of being renovated. If the apartment anything to go by , it will be glorious! We will be back ! "

"Heavy traffic noise from main A road immediately outside, although constant only at rush-hour, and not so bad at night. Double glazing helped but the hot summer weather meant that even with the supplied fan the window had to remain open. Otherwise good value for money, a comfortable stay and a good base for the many local attractions."
