"A 2 night family trip would have been perfect if not for being disturbed in the mornings at 07:25(Friday morning) & 08:10 (Saturday am). When checking in, the hotel did offer us another room, however the room was over 2 floors and travelling with a 2 year old without a stair gate we unfortunately couldn’t accept it.
