"It was at a good location near restaurants & shopping. We ate at the hotel restaurant also & it was good. We would stay here again when visiting the area. The staff was very friendly & the place was clean."

"Staff was very friendly. My stay was 4 nights and the room never got cleaned. Rr door didn’t close. The rr sink as soon as I open the water would splash everywhere and just a mess to deal with. "

"A nice lady at the front desk who will let you steal an extra cookie with a smile and a wink is worth a lot. When the breakfast bar is stocked and the fellow who is manning it cooks more before it runs out that says a lot too. "

"I stayed Saturday through Monday and was disappointed they did not service my room during the stay. When I enquired at the desk, they said it was due to policy of doing it every other day. It was a bummer and I encourage them to rethink their policy. This is my favorite place to stay in all of Eugene...I hope you all give them a try, and that they bring back daily room service"
