  • This property offers a clean environment, with a full kitchen, two bedrooms with comfortable beds, one bathroom with shower, washer, and dryer, an open floor plan, and free WIFI with video-streaming capability. You will enjoy peace from the hustle and bustle of city life . It is half a mile from the St. Johns River, near the Renegade-on-the-River restaurant/Tiki bar that offers karaoke. Deer, turkey, and other wildlife can, on occasion, be seen wandering through the property. Nice for hiking, biking, hunting, etc. On 28 acres of prime land! This property also includes an outdoor pit & grill, stove & oven, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioner, fireplace/heating, coffee maker, screened-in porch, lots of shade, with chairs and a coffee table.

Location was but the house was run down and not vey clean . The kitchen had very few cooking utensils. Alot of cob webs

The door, you could see outside all around the door. We found a roach in the bedroom and one in the kitchen, there were roach traps everywhere. It smelled very musty
