The space features large beautiful room with exposed beams, wood stove, gourmet kitchen with soft touch doors, farmhouse sink, center island, high end stainless steel appliances, Bamboo flooring, two bedrooms and full bath on Top floor with spacious lovely upper suite with walk in closet, bath has jacuzzi tub and shower. Old Faithful getaway

I loved it very much, and it fit our group of people very nicely! We had a nice time and definitely would recommend to others. It is kinda on its own island but it has beautiful views and is not too far from all other attractions and activities!

Well kept secluded cabin

Great place to stay, it was very comfy. Actually had one of the comfiest beds I've slept on in a vacation rental setting. Had everything we needed. The trails on property were lovely and well maintained.

Christmas Cabin

The property is beautiful and the privacy makes it even better. The gated entrance is a huge plus to keep unwanted guests away and you could hear minimal traffic. This cabin has the perfect layout and is very spacious for you and your guests. The stay is never long enough, would highly recommend!

30th birthday cabin getaway

I rented this cabin for my friend's 30th birthday with our closest friends - the cabin perfectly accommodated 7 of us. Though we experienced quite the snowfall on our first evening there, our stay was cozy and magical. We enjoyed both the electric fireplace and wood burning fireplace and soaked up the soothing hot tub while the snow fell.

We felt restful, relaxed and happy in this cabin.

The cabin was perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds, a working fireplace, a working hot tub, clean and well cared for, a fire pit, and quiet setting close to the trails. The kitchen needs some improvement/repairs: the top oven wouldn’t heat up, the top dishwasher rack is about to break, and better cooking pots and pans are needed such as a tall pasta pot. Serving dishes and bowls are also needed. Other than that, we’d rent again. Wonderful stay.

Getaway

The property is beautiful - the attention to detail with the walking trails was appreciated. The house was very comfortable. The kitchen is lacking good pots and pans and the table on the screened porch needs replacement cushions. They are filthy. We needed more towels but bought some from Walmart. We needed propane - brought to us the next day. Overall a great vacation.

Great potential

This was a beautiful house and it was evident that the home has been cared for and lots of detail in creating the space to be entertaining. Property has a wonderful trail. We did not have the best experience that we were hoping for particularly with the cleanliness of the house. The house was not appropriately cleaned (dishes in cabinets with food on them, dirt and crumbs on the floor, towels kind of laid out wherever in the main bathroom and dirty countertops; lots of gnats) so my family spent the first 3 hours cleaning ourselves because housekeeping would not be able to come that evening. House was located very close to HH. Home could be best accommodating for 6 people truly, especially if you have mixed groups (IMO). Communication overall needs to be improved. I am grateful for the stay that allowed us to make memories.

Nice place but needs some fixes

Overall the house was nice. It was clean andlarge enough for my family to be comfortable. I especially liked all the extras they offered like walking sticks, various amenities, utensils, etc. The negatives were minor but worthy of mentioning because they are listed in the description…. The WiFi is terrible and service is non existent. We could not get the tv working because it’s dependent on WiFi. There is carpet on the deck which isn’t nice to walk on when it’s wet. The towels were weird. They were soft but didn’t absorb the water like normal towels. Also, when using the shower, water pours out below the door so you have to use all the towels to block it. If these negatives were fixed, it would be a perfect stay. However, I still give it a 4 out of 5 stars.

Quite Disappointed

The location and hiking trails were nice and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom amenities were a nice surprise. The Keurig and Barista are a nice addition.Unfortunately, the house wasn't very clean. There was a vacuum left on the porch yet the porch wasn't vacuumed (popcorn and paper). The screen on the porch is very shabby and needs reworked. There were many bugs INSIDE the screened in area because of this. The screen door doesn't shut right either. The living room didn't seem to be vacuumed either. There was a dirty wash cloth left in the 1st floor shower. Half the towels are weird so BYOT. The hot tub isn't working right as is the dual oven. There were two propane tanks but they were basically both empty (we got 1 use). The veneer on the cabinets are peeling right off. Freezer ice maker is broken (although there was a bag of ice for us). I had to turn off the ice maker because it kept spilling water in the top drawer (yes, we cleaned it out for you). Grill not clean, pocket doors and screen door not working properly, holes in ceiling, I could go on but now I am too frustrated.

Wonderfully relaxing cabin in the woods.

This is our second year staying here, and we consider this our "Oct girls trip spot!". The porch is probably my favorite spot, although the hot tub is second. Close enough to plenty of attractions, yet remote enough to feel like you're the only one in the woods.

Property listing should include “outside games”walking sticks and fishing poles. We brought all those things that took up room in our SUV. The porch was nice but the screen door didn’t close and let bugs in.The house was clean and well supplied. We loved walking on the property trails with our granddaughter!!
