"dirty utensils,cups,eating bowls, freezer leaking water and mildew growing inside. dirty sheet with dirt on and stains. both bed had springs coming through, one bed had a large dip in the middle, damp place, radiator controls had been taken off so it could not be adjusted. car parking was dangerous not wide enough to get in and out bust road, even though we asked hostes if the parking was wide enough for our car, they said it was. the stairs did not have a banister to go safely up and down...

"Pond cottage is exactly what we’ve expected. We have a wonderful 3 nights there, surrounded by farm animals and green trees ! Renate the landlady is easily approachable for our needs . Incredible stay at The Pond Cottage . "

"We were totally blown away by for us a perfect cottage. It was spacious & well equipped. No local facilities but major town of Bideford was 6 min drive away. Yes you could find small bits of wear & tear but nothing took away the complete feeling of total relaxation. Yes we would & will book again."
