"The property was beautiful. It was very peaceful area. One of the most quiet places we stayed and yet conveniently close to town. Enjoyed the abundance of wild life.Deer, turkeys and the adorable rabbits. The deck for coffee drinkers is perfect and watching the sun rise over the mountain. I love getting to meet the host/hostess when stay at these houses and we were on a walk and got to meet Jovann and Richard and their beautiful dogs, so that was a plus. We would and will stay again."

"Loved the cabin. Location wasn't very clear that there would be loud highway noise. We were constantly on the go but if we wanted to hang out on the deck or yard it was very noisy. All amenities were used and worked great except the living room tv but that wasn't a deal breaker and I'm sure was fixed by the next reservation! We will recommend this place and the Black hills retreat company to all of our friends and family! Thank you 😊"
