"They evacuated the entire hotel while I had three nights left in my stay. I was forced to get another hotel and on top of that they only reimburse me for two of the three nights. They said this was because I checked out so late, but I was informed midday at work and hadn’t been at the hotel since that morning so I had to double up on payments for a hotel one night"

"The breakfast was delicious and bountiful! Somebody was cooking fish in their room.. the third floor was STINKY ! The bed was comfortable, temperature control was excellent, The bathrooms need updating, flooring, tub, sink, countertops showing a lot of “wear& tear”. Pull up carpet, fix squeaky floors. A mirror over the desk is helpful with more than one female in a room. The average height of people is higher than 16 years ago, you need taller toilets. Also add some decorative hooks for patrons to use. Looking for practical use in room, unnecessary artwork is not appreciated. Update the curtains with simplicity! IF the room is large, for Pete sake… provide 2-3 luggage racks! We enjoy Comfort Inn because your staff is kind, friendly and welcoming!! We’ve stayed at numerous and always return !!!"

"Bed and pillows were great! TV remote was TERRIBLE! Instructions for use didn’t help. Samsung remotes are not consumer friendly. Kitchen attendant was kind of rude. Juice was empty and was not fixing it."

"This property was great for a multi-generational weekend getaway. We loved the pool and hot tub and enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. I cannot recommend this location and hosts enough. "

"We loved our stay! The outside was so relaxing and fun. It was a wonderful location and the cabin had everything we needed. I really appreciated so many of the little things- the standing portable fan, the state park pass, the quality plates/cups, comfy blankets and the big tv and electrical fireplace. We plan to return! My one recommendation is to put a pillow top on one of the beds since they’re both SO firm. "

"Great place to stay between Turkey Run and Shades State Parks. Plenty of room for our group of four. It was fun to have access to the games in the common area. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable."
