"What a superb little place, not so little as the dog and I had the house to ourselves. If you want something which is quiet, safe, typically French and within a 10 minute walk of a fab bistro in the village then this is for you. Host was superb, great communication and attention. "Restaurant was good but the bed had collapsed and by the time we turned in there was no reception staff so we had a very poor night in a crap bed, it must have been obvious when the room was made up but disregarded. On check out we were given a meagre discount on the meal wine. Frankly pi** poor service for English guests camouflaged by lack of any basic English language you would never think it was compulsory at school for years. Love France and the French had a house here for years but customer service is a lottery in budget hotels. Gallic shrug take it or leave it such a shame."
