"Positives were friendly staff on the whole and good restaurant Negatives were lack of good window blinds and poor choice at breakfast with poor quality coffee. Also, hotel shuttle bus was not readily available ."

"The positives are straightforward: excellent location, parking, rooms are modern and fresh, and a pool area that is new. Breakfast is no better than what you would expect in a decent 3-star hotel. Lunch consists of a static menu of 6–7 dishes that does not change. Dinner is buffet-style with “ok” food quality — all far from what this hotel price point suggests. For us, the most disappointing part of the experience was the handling of allergies and intolerances. We gave advance notice before booking. The kitchen was unwilling to prepare something as simple as a fried egg or omelet adapted to my son’s needs. That is not a complex request. It is basic hospitality. Our complaint was noted, but nothing changed."
