Stepping inside to the open floor plan, the living room flows into the fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. The living room has a decorative fireplace (not operational) and floor to ceiling windows with beautiful water views. A smart tv is provided for you to log in to all of your favorite streaming apps.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, single-serve Keurig and 12 cup coffee carafe brewer. The kitchen island has seating for 4 and the dining table has seating for 6. The laundry closet has a full size washer and dryer.

The primary bedroom has beautiful lake views from the King bed. The primary bathroom features a double vanity, shower, and separate toilet room. A smart TV is provided for you to log in to any of your favorite streaming apps.

There are two additional bedrooms with Queen beds as well as a bedroom with twin bunkbeds. These bedrooms share a full bath with bathtub shower. A pack-n-play and booster chair is also provided.

The covered porch is perfect for entertaining with outdoor dining table and lounge seating area. A few steps down to the boathouse roof patio you will find the gas grill, Adirondack chairs, fire pit, and beautiful sunset views.

Step into the lakeside rec room for a friendly ping pong competition before you grab the water toys and head out for some fun in the lake. We have youth and adult life jackets, 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, 2 floating lounge chairs, and more.

If you are bringing a boat the closest public launch is located at Smith Lake Park. There are several boat and jet ski rental companies on the lake and they book quickly so make your reservation as soon as possible.

We offer complimentary use of indoor towels, linens, hair dryer, and extra blankets and pillows. We supply a few small bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner) in case you forgot something. We have cleaning supplies, dish soap and hand soap for guest use as well as trash bags, dishwashing pods, limited coffee pods, ziplock bags, aluminum foil and basic good and baking needs. You can purchase additional items you may need at the nearby Dollar General.

We treat the property for mosquitos and bugs, but this is a remote waterfront location which means there could be spiders, spiderwebs, wildlife, and insects while you enjoy the great outdoors.

Two smart TVs provide access to apps for personal login. Starlink Wifi is strong and capable of streaming and video calls. Please note, cell phone service is limited in some areas so wifi enabled calling for cell phones is encouraged.

The door to the house has a keypad lock and a generated code will be provided at check in. The driveway is gravel and has space for 4 cars. There is one step to access the house. There are approximately 10 steps from the back porch to the patio, 15 steps from the patio to the boat house, and 10 steps from the boat house to the dock.

Our property is a special place and surrounded by great neighbors who live here full time. We ask that you respect, not only our property, but also our neighbors. No unregistered guests, parties, events, or excessive noise will be permitted. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoors. No pets are permitted on the property. If any unregistered guests, smoking or pets are seen on the property you will be asked to leave and your security deposit will not be returned. Outdoor security cameras are located on the front of the house pointed at the street, side of the house pointed at the driveway, and on boathouse pointed at dock.
