"The whole placed reeked of Marijuana, first thing we noticed. The tub shot out smelling dirty water. The breakfast was not great, even the juice was watered down. Payed way too much for a room to be like this."

"Was never told pool was going to be closed would have canceled my stay. It was old and very dusty and dirty. Was not your typical Holiday inn express!"

"The room was nice and clean. But a fuse breaker must have thrown because we didnt have no lights when we walked in and the talble lights didnt work. The jacuzzi had jets which was nice but the tub itself was dirty. The hand towels were dirty as well. "

"Went with my parents and daughter to visit my oldest who lives in Big Rapids. It was perfect for us. Wish the weather would have been better so we could have enjoyed the outdoors more. I would love to stay in the summer. I bet it is beautiful. We had snow while we were there and Mike sent someone to shovel the walkway for us. He was very responsive when we had questions. Will definitely stay again when back in Big Rapids."

"This was a great place to say as we were going to Ferris State for orientation. The school is literally 4 miles away. The property was easy to fine and check in was a breeze. My dogs loved it as did my family. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. It was quiet, clean and cozy. The perfect little cabin. "
