Everything was good. But there was a huge problem. The day we arrived they closed the gym and the pool. There was no mention about that when I made the reservation. Those 2 facilities were very important for us. A huge part of our decision to reserve this hotel. When we mentioned that to front desk clerk and we also talked to management, they acted like “ Oh well! Tough luck “! It was like, “ u can go somewhere else “ Made us feel embarrassed asking for something we paid. Otherwise….. ok.

Beautiful hotel. Extremely quiet in the room. Very good and various breakfast. Free Parking in the hotel. Staff very kind and helpful. Unfortunately i didn't had the time to use the other amenities from the hotel

Ίσως το καλύτερο ξενοδοχείο της Craiova..!

Στο ξενοδοχείο μείναμε για δύο νύχτες για δουλειές στην γύρω περιοχή. Άνετο μεγάλο parking μπροστά από την κεντρική είσοδο. Χαμογελαστή υποδοχή από το προσωπικό και άμεσο check-in. Άνετοι μεγάλοι καθαροί χώροι, ένα σύγχρονο ξενοδοχείο. Δωμάτια άνετα και με καλή πολύ ηχομόνωση. Δωρεάν γρήγορο wi-fi. Το πρωινό πολύ καλό σε ποικιλία και ποιότητα αλλά και ο καφές espresso γνωστής ιταλικής μάρκας. Το κέντρο της πόλης είναι μόνο 3΄ με τα πόδια. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από την διαμονή μας, θα το προτιμήσουμε πάλι για δουλείες στην περιοχή

In the room 208, toilet was smelling bad. House keeping left the door open each day. That was why there was bad smell in all the room. Don’t you have a room which is not smelling bad ?
