"Charlotte's apartment was beautiful and perfect for what we needed while staying in Port Douglas. 15 min stroll into the main street, pool to cool off at the end of the day, and quiet at night. Good aircon and fans, and having a parking space was helpful. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Peppers. Our room was clean and spacious. The pool area was lovely, but it was not a heated pool so a little cold to go into in July. Breakfast was okay. A good variety of options and fried eggs can be cooked to order. Cleaning of our room during our stay could’ve been better. It was really only a service to change towels, make the bed and empty bins. Floors weren’t cleaned during our 4 night stay which was a bit disappointing. Location of the hotel is fantastic! An easy walk to the centre where food, shops and restaurants are. We will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends!"
