"Spent 3 days there and staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Pool was a bit smaller then pictured but did the job of cooling us off with temps in 100’s. Second day pool was cloudy and passed on a splash. Location is convenient and a jump on 101 Loop can take you quickly to surrounding cities. Never heard loud hallway noises or upper floor noise. Even with traveling youth sports teams around us. Breakfast buffet was excellent with many options. Staff constantly replenished food and kept the area wiped down and clean. Saw 4 dogs at different times during my stay. Must have designated rooms. Never knew they were there. Highly recommend for destination spot or traveling through. Btw , Olive and Ivy restaurant BEST meal I’ve had in Arizona. Excellent service as well. "

"The location is excellent, near Kierland in Scottsdale, but it is cheaper than other hotels nearby for a good reason. When I arrived to check in, there was a sign that said back in a few minutes. I think I waited there about 20 minutes. I assume she was on a smoke break, because I saw her outside smoking again later. The room was clean, but it wasn't designed well. The door to the bathroom hits the toilet. Ok if you are trying to save money."

"The key to the front door took six or seven times to work. We had a hard time getting in the door every time we went back to the room. I told the front desk about it and they said they're going to be replacing the security system in the near future. "

"All very good - the gentleman at the front desk (day shift) is a star - super helpful and just the right amount of friendly combined with professional. Breakfast exceptional. Didn’t use pool - but saw many others using it. Overall for us felt a bit overpriced - but appreciated it nonetheless"

"I never saw a mountain view. The staff were friendly. My biggest concern, however, was the fire safety map on back of our door. It was inaccurate. The halls are a maze, and the exits are few and far between. It was hard to find stairs as an alternative. The staff were very nice and accommodating."
