Sunset Serenity – Open Water Paradise | Dockage, Sunset Views, Dog Friendly & Minutes to Key West

"The view was Amazing and the sunsets spectacular! Loved The floor to ceiling windows, the pool and the easy access to the open water. Our 28ft Sportsman fit perfectly in the available dock space. Disappointed you are unable to use the boat-lift. Would have paid extra to have boat out of the water as we were there for a month. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed including air fryer, blender, large platters for entertaining both indoors and outdoors. I was concerned about going outside to access the downstairs apartment but it was no problem. (Bring an umbrella though for when it rains. ) It was nice for our adult children to have some privacy and it even has a microwave. There are bikes, kayaks, pool floats and even fishing poles to use. It was really close to a local small grocery store and the neighborhood was quiet. We were very pleased with everything and look forward to staying again soon!"

Very nice place and everything you needed for a stay in the keys The property have plenty of room and was very beautiful Miss Hope was very helpful and just a phone call away I would recommend staying here to anybody who wants a beautiful quiet place to stay and relax"

"Wish I could give more stars. I have been going to the Keys every year for the last 40 years. This was by far the best place I have ever rented. It had everything I needed. Plus some added surprises. Michael answered all my questions within minutes. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back."

"Ocean view and access was why we initially chose to book, and it did NOT disappoint! Stunning from the master suite on the third level at any time of day. Beautiful sunsets!Easy access into the bay for boating swimming and kayaking. The only issue we had was the basement or ground level “bedroom”. We opted to have our young boys stay on the couch for our trip instead of putting them downstairs bc the room did not seem to stay cool compared to the rest of the house, and seemed far away from everyone else when night time routines rolled around. Kitchen is well equipped. Pool was wonderful to take a dip in to start the day or finish after a day on the ocean. Plenty of chairs to sit and relax outisde. Clean spaces all around. Communication with host was easy and quick to respond. We brought electric scooters and easily traveled on the bike path down to Kemp Channel, or to Tonios for dinner. Location is everything- and this little neighborhood strip of houses off the highway is quiet, and friendly, just as expected in the Florida Keys!We vacation every summer in the lower keys and have quickly found that home away from home can be found in Summerland and Cudjoe!"

"The house is right on the water with spectacular views. It accommodated 11 of us perfectly for 5 nights (6 adults & 5 kids). We brought a pontoon boat & were able to dock it at the end of the dock. We found spectacular snorkeling off of Looe Key. The kids loved the pool, paddle boarding & kayaking (we brought our own). The house is very clean & the bathrooms & kitchen were modern & nice. We thoroughly enjoyed Pops BBQ, & Tacos Express (both were the BEST food). The host Mariana communicated super fast with us & facilitated check in. Loved the whole experience & would definitely do it again!!"
