Staff always excellent. Vicky, Fernando and Axel stood out and always went above and beyond. Inside bartenders were also very attentive. At gaviota for breakfast santiago worked non stop to ensure glasses were full and tables cleaned. THere is a reason we continue to return there

Melia Cozumel All Inclusive
Not for family with teenager !!!!!!!!!!!!! To old for family pool and not old enough for adults only pool. Adult pool is also the one by the beach so unless you want to spend entire vacation at toddler pool away from the beach I wouldn’t recommend.
