"Had a fantastic stay for 4 nights at Mallin. Belén and Roxana could not have been more helpful during our stay, booking in and organising for us our bucket list tours of Kayaking the Marble Caves and the Explorades Glacier Ice Walk. The companies that they used were first class. Belén is extremely knowledgeable and was such a gracious host. The walk at the back of the property has some of the best views around. "Our stay at Puyuhuapi Lodge was, regrettably, far below expectations. To begin with, one must book the boat to access the hotel, which is understandable; however, despite having two boats, several guests were left waiting for 20 minutes due to limited space. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and a group briefing on the hotel’s facilities, yet no one mentioned the need to book the boat for departure. "A wonderful place with beautiful landscapes! The service from all the staff was phenomenal—Javiera, the receptionist, Maria, the waitress, and the chefs, who cooked exquisite meals. Highly recommended! The week we spent at the hotel was unforgettable. The room cleanliness was excellent, the fireplace in each room was super cozy, and the landscapes were breathtaking and unforgettable. We will be back soon!"
