"The cabin has a lovely setting in the forest. It is close enough to town (15-20 minute drive) and also close to many hiking trails. There is a lake near by where we saw people swimming. The lower floor has a kitchen with everything you need if you want to prepare meals in-house. They also have an herb garden which was wonderful. There’s a small dinning- living room and bathroom. "The house and property are beautiful and well maintained. Jodee was a lovely host. She met us at the house and showed us around. I had a last minute addition kitten, she was very gracious about letting him stay and we easily worked out the pet fee arrangements. "We had such a great stay. It's a really nice place. Close to the ferry terminal and close to Ganges. Lots of things to do around. Ramona and Guy are very friendly. If I plan to go back to the island then this will definitely my top location to stay."

"We stayed for 10 days at this spacious cabin. We spent much of our time in the wide room overlooking Village Bay. When the weather was right we moved to the patio. Sunsets were often special. We especially like the extra wide bathroom counter with plenty of room for our stuff. The kitchen was more than adequate. Mayne Island is a place to get away busy city life."
