New 3 bedroom home, NBN WIFI, master bedroom with ensuite/WIR/TV, open family living space, with large alfresco BBQ area, open parkland adjacent to the house with lots of room for kids to play, easy walk to shops, restaurants, cafes, bars , pier and beaches.

‘Seafoam Island’ is ideally situated in the Seagrove estate and an easy walk to the beach or town, this three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is the perfect casual retreat. It’s family friendly and adjacent to a park which is a perfect play space for a game of cricket or a kick of the footy or soccer ball. Directly off the open plan living is a triple sliding door leading to the covered alfresco where you can unwind with a drink and relax while enjoying a bbq lunch or dinner.

The kitchen offers all mod cons for cooking at home. Fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, separate drinks fridge, dishwasher, walk in pantry. While a six seater dining table provides the perfect spot to gather together.

In the open plan living area are a TV (free netflix), bluray/DVD player, DVD library and plenty of board games.

Three bedrooms accommodate six guests. The master suite offers a queen bed, WIR, ensuite and TV. A desk space can also be set up upon request.
The other 2 bedrooms have 2 king single beds each and share a full bathroom with shower, separate bath and an independent powder room.
All beds have electric blankets.

The garage is established as a games room with table tennis table, extra TV and surfboards available for use at the beach.

Other conveniences include a split system heating/air conditioner, panel heaters in all bedrooms, a European laundry with trough and washing machine.
Port a cot and high chair are available free of charge on request (BYO linen)

Other things to note;
This is strictly a non-smoking property. Any smokers are required to smoke outside the home and use the ashtray provided.
No pets allowed.
**No schoolies bookings and no parties, please note we do not rent to people under 25 years of age. Security cameras are located at entrances.
A $500 security deposit is allowed for but will not be charged unless damages occur and only for the cost of the damage.

Long weekends and peak holiday periods have a minimum multi night stay

Home away from home

What a delightful find Kim and Daniel's home was. The house is near-new, very clean and has been thoughtfully equipped with just about everything a family could want for a beachside getaway. It is a holiday house that feels like a home, with the hosts having compiled a folder of helpful information about the house and attractions in the local area and making themselves available to answer any questions. The house is an easy walk to the middle of Cowes and all its cafes but the kitchen is also well appointed, making it easy to self cater. We will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and comfortable getaway.

Philip Island Getaway

We arrived Friday afternoon very pleasantly surprised by the house which exceeded our expectations, it is immaculate and very well presented with everything a family would need. The house was perfect and the location was also excellent being near to town and shops but not too close.

Best Accommodation Within Cowes

i booked the property as i am one of the food vendors for the MotoGP. My experience was perfect. We travel around Aus and stay at a lot of locations and this was by far the best. Great internet. Great clean home. Great coffee machine, BBQ, heating and cooling. Plenty of room from me and my team. The house is amazing and the hosts are perfect. We will be booking it every time i come to Phillip Island .
