The four bedrooms are large and have plenty of storage space. There are 2 access points at the front and side of the house, with parking area for a boat and/or cars as there is more than enough room for 2 families to stay.
It is low maintenance for the guest, with polished boards throughout, but with the added warmth of rugs in every room. There are electric heaters in every bedroom to keep you toasty in winter and a split system to keep you cool in summer. There is limited Wi-Fi and Foxtel; Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen; tv in both the lounge and kids bedroom; it is equipped with all the amenities required for a wonderful stay. There is a decked area out the back with bbq and outdoor setting.
Approximately 15 min walk to central Cowes shops and cafes. 2 min drive to the Cowes Boat ramp & cafe. Less then a ten minute stroll to the beach.
