"The place was dirty not talking about bugs or dust , dirty but . I loved the location the staff was friendly and help for so it was still worth, I would just travel with a broom and my own sheets. The views were. Amazing."

"Paid a premium for 2 nights (at over $300+ per night). Check in was at 4 pm, and room wasn’t ready until 5:45 pm. Front desk said they were understaffed. Got to room and it wasn’t clean - bathroom had all sorts of hair and huge crumbs on floor. Toilet barely flushed. Shower curtain was filthy and moldy. Vanity storage shelf had dirt all over. A dresser drawer had tons of food and items still in it (chips, loaf of bread, pills)! The upstairs hallway which is all outdoors was so gross. Definitely needed to be vacuumed and cleaned. We left after the first night. Too gross to stay there. Would not return."
