I was incredibly tired and have a 6am flight, which is the only reason why I didn’t ask for a different room. The shower had quite a bit of mold (which I wiped off as well as I could with a washcloth), the tv did not work, and the refrigerator in the room made an incredibly loud noise all night long.
Room was filthy. Bathroom was worst. Old dirty and moldy around a filthy shower. No modern USB plug in as other hotel chains offer. Mattress was awful.
This was a last minute trip for a funeral service for our grandma.
The hotel front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We called before getting on our plane to let them know our flight didn't arrive until after midnight and they checked us in over the phone. Because they checked us in over the phone it made the process once we got there much quicker which was good because we didn't get in until almost 2am and we were very tired. The airport shuttle runs 24 hours a day and the drivers were both very friendly. The hotel lobby is decorated very timeless and was very well maintained. The room itself was average. The bed was lower than expected and I could imagine some people may not like that.
My biggest complaint is that the creamer for the coffee in the room was curdled so I had to dump out the coffee I made myself. Then I went downstairs to see if they had complimentary coffee anywhere in the lobby - which I did not find. So I went into the hotel restaurant to just ask for a coffee to go so I could take it back to my room. The restaurant staff was not at all friendly and the entire experience in that restaurant for the less than five minute exchange was quite unpleasant. Worse, my tiny cup of coffee to go was $2.49.
Other than that the stay was really nice and we would likely stay again if life lead us this way again.

Unfortunately, we did not stay in the hotel due to canceled flights. The manager agreed to cancel our reservation and refund our money even though it was a nonrefundable room. Thank you!

Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I cut my trip short so not to stay there another night. Outdated, smelly, poor service and found a huge spider in my room. Hard pass! Horrible restaurant too - I was the only one in there at 7p.
Room door has a visible gap, which makes it not very noise proof. Hotel staff walked around with loud walkie talkie past 11 pm. Room heating does not work well.
Food was awful. Used room service, ordered 2 angus cheeseburgers and both were edible but bland and husband had stomach issues later that night. Worst cheeseburgers we had ever had.
Showers on 6th floor need cleaning - mold around edge.

Staff professional and good. Beds were OK.
Bathroom had floor stains, dirt and mold (in grout around tub and floor). Areas of the carpet had visible accumulations of dust and noticeable spots.
In general, very disappointed in quality of cleanliness.
