The air-conditioning not only didnt work, but you could see through it to the out side. Shelves were falling off the wall, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. The entire hotel stank. The door handles looked suspect. The ice machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. I've been to some questionable hotels, but this is the first i refused to stay at.

The pool was empty and closed and it was not specified in the reservation along with the renovation. Ice machine and breakfast were not good.

Rooms were clean, shower clean. We didn’t have a refrigerator that worked so got them to bring us a new one. Looks like they may be doing some renovations was just stuff I don’t constructing wise all over. Breakfast was terrible but the coffee was good.

I don’t think the standard for this chain is only 2 flavors of cereal with ONLY skim milk, waffles, a max limit of 2 muffins, and apple or orange juice. Also a lot of things under construction and there was not one working ice machine.

I came home covered with bed bug bites all over my body. I will not stay at this hotel every again.
