I arrived during the huge snowstorm and Justin at the front desk was so helpful, he welcomed me in from the cold and his customer service was incredible! Overall the stay was very nice and the staff is wonderful, I would definitely recommend!!

Everything was fine for the night I stayed. Only problem was that the heat would not work. So it was really cold in my room all night. The guy at the front said he could move us but my husband was already asleep. So we stuck it out. Other than that everyone was very friendly and we had no issues.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Justin at the front desk got me checked in and was very forthcoming with what I needed to know to enjoy my stay. I had come in late from the airport and was in my room quickly. Breakfast the next morning was not that great. The lady running the Bistro Was SUPER nice and I loved her, but the Breakfast burrito was cold on the inside. There were several other people ordering at the time and she was all by herself, so I did not take the time to complain. I have had worse, but it was the most negative part of my stay.

The staff was friendly, gave recommendations to place to eat, and let you know about the Bistro onsite. The room was very clean and have many options for charging my cell phone and other electronics. The bathroom was clean and provided the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I would stay here again.

We have stayed at this particular Courtyard 3 times and the staff has always been extremely friendly. Very few hotels now have private balconies which my husband and I enjoy. Of course the outdoor fire pit is an added bonus as well. Great way to relax with a beverage and converse with fellow travelers.
