"The hotel was beautiful. Our view in the Jr. Suite looking out over the pool and Mediterranean was amazing. They also have ladders from the pool area to the ocean, which is worth enjoying. The staff were very helpful and professional! The breakfast offered everything you would want. Fresh juices, cook to order eggs and omelettes and many cheese choices. The location to local shops and restaurants was in walking distance so very convenient! Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Perfect for our two night break. Fabulous view from our bungalow facing the sea. Watching the sun rise We had the best time. Our check in was very disappointing though as the man we found to be very rude. Nowhere to buy water at 1am on arrival and he said everything is closed including the bar. No water in the room. It was only on check out day I heard a man ask for water that they happily give bottles of water. Then we walked to find the bungalows and the key didn’t work. We went back to reception which was quite a walk at 1 am and no apology However all other staff on reception after were wonderful. It didn’t ruin our stay but could see how first impressions can."

"The only complaint I have was regarding parking. There was plenty, but it’s far away. The staff were incredibly helpful, from ordering cabs, assisting with our bikes, storing our bike boxes, making recommendations and generally be some of the most kind and helpful people we’ve ever had at a hotel. The food was excellent and there were many gluten free options for breakfast. We used the pool and bike room, both were clean and comfortable. The riding straight from the hotel was excellent. Five starts out of five."

"We stayed here to attend a wedding close by. The place was fine had everything we needed. The staff was super nice. The place was close to a lot of great restaurants and beaches. Sometimes you can hear the noise from the pool or the other floors but mainly during Fridays and the weekend. I’m a light sleeper and I was fine. Overall great, would stay again."

"Hotel was excellent, location is right on the beach, room was modern and cleaned daily. Pool area is lovely and easy access to the beach. Breakfast was also good. The only criticism I can make is the junior suite we had booked was on the first floor, and looking out the balcony all you could see was a huge tree blocking everything. An amazing feature for the restaurant below but it does block all light out as well as the view. I didn’t see any warning of this on the website and I feel you should clearly warn someone before they book."

"Room was very clean and the aircon and WiFi both worked. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for beach and transport, and the room had a fantastic view. The pool wasn’t large but was adequate for a dip. Steps into pool at one corner were good. Lifeguard on duty and you could rent towels but we’d brought our own. 30 minute rule so there was never an issue getting a sun lounger as you weren’t allowed to leave towels on a sun lounger for more than 30 mins unless you were actually using the lounger, with the exclusion of eating or drinking in the poolside bar area. Not an adults only hotel but we saw very few children - probably as they didn’t have a kids pool or play area. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. Really handy for airport, and close to Palma without being in Palma. Some good restaurants, a couple of mini markets and bus stops nearby, but not on the main road so quiet at night."
