Made the reservation for a larger room and was given a standard room. Walls had paper peeling and the bathroom was not maintained lots of stains and general run down of the room. The room also had a connecting room door and we could hear EVERYTHING going on in the next room. Staff was nice and area around the hotel is nice. Lobby is pretty but the rooms are pretty bad

Everything was great. Great choice for families with lots of space for New York compared to other hotels we have visited. Massive amount of storage for clothes and luggage. Two bathrooms, great facilities for laundry and the kids could play pool or ping pong whilst they were waiting. Would highly recommend. Easy location close to subway and ferries to get about.

We arrived very late and everyone was very nice. The room was clean. The only thing is I wish they told us a little more about what all the hotel has. Things that maybe included. This did not take away from out experience. I would stay here again if we would come back to NYC.
