A little strange that the lobby is on the 7th floor, fun vacation vibe throughout the whole property, clean but very small rooms. Extremely comfortable beds I loved everything about it except lobby bar only opens at 3:00, the 32nd floor bar only opens at 4:00, the pool is open from 10:00-4:30, these hours ruin the vacation mood. They need to be more flexible., bars should open at noon and the pools closing hours should be extended to 9:00pm

The Hotel was beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely kind attentive. Only down fall was the Hot water was broken that weekend.

The staff at the Muse was exceptional. Each of the team we had contact with bent over backwards to make sure we had an incredible stay. Going forward this will be my go-to hotel while in NYC.

Fresh water station on every floor, ice and washing facilities provided. Friendly staff and all amenities provided.
The room was cleaned daily, bins emptied and bed made.
Small kitchenette facilities available in room with microwave and fridge.
Large television above the bed, showing signs of age but otherwise good.
Communal area on floor 27 was delightful offering free coffee and sparkling water.
