The House of Gatienne

Located next to the owners’ home, the Maison de Gatienne is situated between Châtellerault and La Roche-Posay. On the ground floor: a living area with a kitchenette and a sitting area, one bedroom (1 140-bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom with two 140-cm beds, a bedroom (1 130-cm bed), a shower room, and a separate toilet. There is a covered patio suitable for dining or parking your vehicle. Numerous hiking trails are nearby. La Roche-Posay, a spa town, is 6 km away (ideal for spa guests) and 16 km from Châtellerault, a city of art and history. Electricity usage, including electric heating, is charged as an extra throughout the year, minus 8 kWh per day during peak hours, which is covered by the owner. 2026 rates are on a sliding scale starting from the second week of rental during high and very high seasons: €430 for the first week, €415 for the second week, and €405 for the third. A €50 cleaning deposit is required. Charging electric vehicles is prohibited.
