Disappointing

The property is not as shown in photos on website. These photos are from several years ago and do not reflect it’s current state. It is very tired and in need of an update. For the price paid I would not expect to arrive and have bed sheets that were many years old (they were clean), a broken toilet seat and a dirty barbecue! Whilst the village is very rural there is nothing there so please ensure you stock up on supplies.

Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter le Mont Saint Michel. Le confort est correct mise à part le mobilier extérieur et le barbecue qui sont vétustes. L'endroit est très calme pour un séjour de détente et de repos.

séjour a courtil

l'arrivée un peu compliqué, car tout est géré à distance par le propriétaire lui même. Ballon d'eau chaude, chauffages. Nous avons été surpris de ne plus avoir, d'eau chaude après 22h30 pour se laver, ni de chauffage et la bombonne de gaz était vide!!!!!! les économies sont faites! le canapé à remplacer car pas très confortable !bon pour la casse! sinon la situation locale est excellente dommage pour ces quelques désagréments qui ont pas facilité notre séjour-heureusement que nous sommes restés que 4 jours-

PHOTOS DU GITE SUR ABRITEL MENSONGERES POUR L'EXTERIEUR R

La table et les chaises devant le gite sont en mauvais état et sale , contrairement aux photos du site Abritel le coin barbecue : il n'y a plus de toit, ni parasol, plus de chaise, juste une table vétuste et une caisse. le joli petit coin au fond du jardin à droite : il n'y a que les dalles et un tas de déchets du jardin dessus. La pelouse est composée d'herbe sèche et de mauvaises herbes de 15 cm de haut . Les bacs en bois contiennent des plantes en triste état. Nous payons des frais de ménage, mais rien n'est fait, nous avons fait le ménage en arrivant et en partant. L'intérieur du gite est mignon et bien agencé, un petit soucis avec le divan inconfortable. La région est très belle.

Gîte idéal

A recommander pour tous ceux qui recherche le calme et la sérénité dans un petit village avec pour seul accompagnement, le chant des tourterelles, d'un dindon et au loin d'un coq, sans oublier de temps à autre les cloches de l'église du village, tout ce qui fait la vie à la campagne. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer dans une petite maison bien équipée. Un gîte idéalement placé aux confins de la Normandie et de la Bretagne. Dans un rayon de 50 kilomètres les lieux à visiter sont nombreux, sans oublier bien entendu le Mont-Saint-Michel et la magie de sa baie à moins de 15 kilomètres. Enfin à souligner un très bon contact avec le propriétaire très à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Je recommande vivement ce gîte où nous avons passé 10 jours excellents. Pierre

Always wanting to visit Mont St Michel, I happened about this cottage on vrbo and I was very happy to have done so. Courtils is a sweet small village, far enough away from Le Mont to not feel the crowds, yet close enough to drive there in 10 minutes. The cottage is wonderful. Clean, welcoming, serene space. Exactly what I needed and was looking for. I loved it and hope to return one day when I have time to bicycle and walk, to explore more of the area. Merci beaucoup Jerome.

Agréable séjour

Séjour bien agréable dans cette jolie maisonnette. Bien rénovée et décorée avec goût, elle possède surtout un bien joli jardin! Les hôtes sont sympathiques et disponibles en cas de problème. Petit cadeau de bienvenue à l'arrivée qui fait toujours plaisir. Je recommande.

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit verlebt. Der Garten und die Terasse vor dem Haus genossen. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Eine Waschmaschine wäre noch gut gewesen.
