As soon as you enter, you’ll be greeted by a bright and welcoming living area ✨, designed as a spacious open space that invites relaxation. Here you will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen 🍳, perfect for preparing meals to enjoy after a day on the slopes, a comfortable dining area, and a cozy sofa bed 🛋️ that wraps winter evenings in warmth and tranquillity.

From this space, you can access a splendid terrace 🌬️❄️—a magical corner where you can embrace the winter atmosphere, sip a warm drink while the fresh mountain air revives your senses, and let the silence of the snow-covered peaks create a truly unique mood.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Access ONLY by cable car — Not accessible by car

The property is reachable exclusively via cable car, and the cost of the cable car is the responsibility of the guests.

Please note that the cable car is NOT operating between 24:00 and 08:45, therefore it is not possible to go up or down during this time range.

Indicative rates:

Round trip: €27 per adult

Reductions: children under 16 and under 8, and senior adults

After 17:00: special rate of €12.50 (evening/night ride)

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, allowing you to arrive with complete freedom, without restrictions.

• Bed linens and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.

• Basic kitchen kit: dishcloth, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.

• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX

• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the period) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.

• Children under 15 are exempt.

• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION

• Please respect the recycling rules.

• At check-out, the apartment must be left free of waste.

• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.
