We had a great stay in La Tania. The communication before arrival was perfect, the apartment exactly as described and it was clean, very well equipped and perfectly located a short walk from the piste. It was ideal for two families of 4. Thanks for a great week!
We had the most fabulous stay here, the property facilities are exactly as in the description which is rare! The host Phillips was excellent and check in and departure were both easy and smooth. We were 8 adults including 2 couples so the 2 en suites were perfect as was the additional bathroom and separate toilet. Lounge very comfortable and dining room and kitchen very good, spacious balconies. TV/Wifi and Sonos sound system were great. The location is as good as it gets in La Tania and 2 parking spaces including a garage were ideal. Overall a great place.
We recently stayed at Rocher Blanc 3. The apartment was absolutely fantastic a home away from home. Everything you could possibly need it had. We couldn’t have asked for more. It was literally a 70 metre walk to the slopes ideal for families with children attending the ski schools also ideal for the La Tania Gondola and access for the Three Valleys. Communication with the owner was great. We will not hesitate to book here again and would most highly recommend.
Immaculate and spacious with excellent proximity to ski slope and lift. All possible conveniences are on hand. Beautiful views of Alps. Steps away from handy market. . Be aware that La Tania is relatively quiet and restaurant choices a bit limited. Wonderful host, responsive to needs. Highly recommended. Pay attention to address. A car is highly recommended to fully enjoy the area.
My husband and 3 kids(aged 9, 11, and 12) just spent a week at this lovely home in La Tania/Courchevel and it was everything we hoped it would be. The condo is an oasis of comfort and serenity in the hustle and bustle of La Tania. The view was breathtaking, the location - fabulous, just a 2 minute walk to standing on the mountain. An easy ski to the La Tania Gondola which then takes you up to a place where you can ski anywhere in the Trois Vallees. There was plenty of space for all of us and we never felt like we were living on top of each other. The kitchen has everything you need to cook although the restaurants in La Tania were great. There is even a shop to get a warm freshly roasted chicken on your walk back to the condo from the piste. We never heard the neighbors, up or down, and we all slept like rocks. The water pressure and bathrooms were lovely. The comfortable living room was our favorite place to hang out. They have a great system in place for storing ski boots and skis and poles etc. We really appreciated the garage. Thank you Monsieur Hubben, for sharing your lovely home with us!
Nous avons passé de superbes vacances. L'appartement était parfait en tout point pour nous (4 adultes 3 ados) : de l'espace pour chacun, parfaitement équipé, une déco chaleureuse,... De plus, sa localisation dans la station est top pour skier. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

L’appartement de Philippe était génial, beaucoup de charme, mais moderne avec tous les conforts nécessaires, très bon emplacement pour le ski, et propriétaire fort sympathique.
Appartement luxueux, très spacieux et proche du centre et de l’ESF. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’agencement et la décoration. Le coin nuit séparé du séjour et les nombreux rangements. Je considère cet appartement comme exceptionnel.
What a nice stay we had at 3 valleys. The apartment is just perfect, location is excellent as we don't need to take the car at all. Slopes at 30m away, if a lot of snow you can even have ski out on the small road getting down to the slope. Apartment was very comfortable, matching our expectations, pictures represents precisely. Mini market and restaurants at 2min walk.
I highly recommend the property and the owner is very nice, ready to help or advice.
