Concierge was so helpful and we very close to the tube and the hop on hop off bus stop. Loved the restaurants and the coffee shop next to the hotel. We would recommend this hotel ..."

"Only two problems ... we had to pay £9 to drop off luggage at the door & the air conditioner in the room was broken and blowing hot sir. they managed to stop the hot air from blowing but the cool air never came. Otherwise it would have been 5 star - staff some of the best in the capital."
