"We had an excellent stay! The front desk staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, so there was something for everyone. The shuttle bus to Disneyland was also very convenient and made getting to the park hassle-free. We would definitely stay here again next time!"

"Wasn’t overly impressed by the hotel. We had booked one of the onsite Disney hotels, because of our flights we needed to grab an extra night and our hotel didn’t have it available. We chose the B&B. When we arrived we were asked to put our bags in the baggage store. This is a paid service and I don’t think I have ever had to pay for a hotel to store bags! Not impressed as it cost about €19 to store the bags for the afternoon! The first locker didn’t work so cost us €5 with no way to get a refund and staff not interested. The hotel room was basic, which is fine for the price we paid; however the room was boiling hot and the thermostat didn’t work so basically slept in an oven all night. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel; it costs to store bags, rooms are hot and basic; and beds were not very comfortable. I would recommend spending the extra to stay at a Disney hotel or if your budget is stretched stay at the Campanile down the road. "

"Reception gave a key to my room to a group of complete strangers, meaning I had to chase people out of the room and away from my sleeping children at 1am. Hotel have made the refund process exceptionally difficult, had to complain to Accor head office."
