"This was a total scam. The place was much further away than advertised from Le Mans Race Circuit. Once we got into the home, even though there was a no smoking sign, it had an extremely strong odor of smoke everywhere in the house and on the furniture. It was advertised to have 3 bedrooms and only had 2. The bathrooms were disgusting. There was old urine in the toilet and mold all over the shower. The floors and walls were extremely dirty and stained, with dirt handprints on one of the walls....

"Nous avons passé un très bon week-end pour l’anniversaire de mon conjoint , entourés de notre famille proches et amis proches . Les deux gîtes sont grands et permettent d’avoir l’espace suffisant. Lits faits à l’arrivée est un véritable atout et gain de temps ! Il y a la vaisselle suffisante. Dany est très réceptif, bonne communication. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez faire appel au petit traiteur avec lequel il travaille . Vous ne serez pas déçu ! Pas mal de choix et prix corrects , avec...

"Super week-end entre amis (nous étions 21), dans une école transformée en gîte de toute beauté.La pièce principale est très grande et fait office de salle à manger, de cuisine de salon et de salle de jeu. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut, et rien ne manque.Les chambres à l’étage sont d’anciennes classes et presque toutes ont une salle de bain et décorées avec goût. Idéal pour un week-end avec famille et amis."

"Nuit pour un évènement entreprise avec 8 personnes. Logement propre, facile d'accès, 7 chambres avec SDB, propre et recemment rénové. Rien a redire."

"Booked last minute for Le Mans 24H. New accommodation was all very clean and welcoming. Beds were comfy and the shower was brilliant. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine were nice to have. On street parking outside was safe and plentiful. Short walk over bridge into town for lovely local bakery is well worth doing. Looking forward to staying again!"

"Gîte spacieux et agréable (confort, jardin, cour pour garer les véhicules etc...), merveilleusement situé pour randonner autour de Fresnay-sur-Sarthe (nombreux PR et GR) et dans les alpes mancelles ! En plus, il y a des commerçants locaux qui présentent d'excellents produits ! Bref, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la Sarthe !"
