This Cape Cod retreat, located on picturesque and historic Main Street in Cotuit, features a large wraparound screened porch with comfortable seating, so you can experience the outdoors without ever leaving the house. Spend your days at the beach or downtown, come back each afternoon to barbecue on the stainless grill in the large backyard, and relax as a favorite movie or show plays on the HDTV. Guests will appreciate the modern, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. What's nearby: This home is located on beautiful Main Street, just one mile north of the heart of Cotuit. Come summer, make the easy one-mile journey to Cotuit Town Dock, where you'll find the town's marina and main beach. History buffs will find the Cahoon Museum of American Art less than a mile north, located right on Route 28. Be sure to pack your golf clubs as well, as Cotuit High Ground Golf Course is just over a mile from your front door.
