"I accidentally left my jacket behind and staff contacted me to let me know. I asked them if they could ship jacket to my home address and they agreed if I would cover the shipping cost. I agreed and my jacket arrived at home shortly after we had returned from our trip. Thank you Hampton Inn staff!"
"Mold in the ceiling, bathtub with a leak and water between layers of the tub floor. It’s about what I expected, but was the only hotel left in town for the night before Unbound. It was pretty terrible."
"I booked a two day stay and only stayed one and switched to another motel. I felt unsafe, someone tried to push the door open during the night. I couldn't sleep. The chair in the room looked like someone died in it; stained with dirt/sweat. The staff told me no one tried to push the door and it was a safe property. They didn't know how to handle that complaint and I had to ask several times to check me out so I would get more charges in case someone did go into the room when I switched. It wasn't just this motel. The others in the area are the same. I drove back to Wichita to get a nice Hilton."
"We stayed one night for a bike race and it was fine for one night. It was a bare bones minimum room. Towels were clean, sheets were clean but worn, and the topper at the foot of the bed looked like it needed washed (had stains on it). The floors hadn’t been swept either, and baseboards could use a good hand scrubbing. I didn’t expect much for what we paid but hoped it would have been a little cleaner at least. The owners were super sweet though, very nice folks. The room was quiet and we slept well pre-race. We also felt like the location was safe."
"The air conditioner in our room made a horribly loud constant noise. If it wasn’t for that I’d be leaving a great review, because honestly this hotel was surprisingly nice for the price. But since we literally could not sleep, which is sort of the entire point of a hotel room, I won’t be back."
